Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is building a custom plan based on where you are physically and what works for you to challenge those limitations. But what's most important is your fitness goals. I aim to help individuals feel more comfortable with pushing themselves with workouts that give you the results you are looking for or may not have thought you can achieve.
